The eastlake group has accreditation across all disciplines from the British Standards Institute; for several years the group has achieved accreditation as a “SAFE” contractor, and have also constructed sound HR and Environmental Health & Safety policies. As a result, this has enabled the group to emerge as a leading company in the sector, in the field of corporate and social responsibility.

Suppliers are key to the continuing success of RBS, and the products and services they provide. RBS continually assess the performance of their suppliers against the critical drivers of supply chain excellence, and this year’s Approved Supplier Programme aims to:

• Set a benchmark for delivery, quality, innovation and improvement
• Drive further improvements in product, service and capability across the supply chain
