more staff + new roles in scotland
The eastlake group has increased staff numbers working out of its head office in East Kilbride by 10 in the last quarter, taking total staff numbers to 180.
In addition to taking on new staff across all businesses within the group, others have been given new roles within the business. Emphasis has been placed on increasing the strength of eastlake’s Major Accounts team, which looks after the organisation’s key clients including BP, Scottish Media Group and Aegon.
Recent additions include Colin Syme who will be working to develop major projects and seek new business opportunities with national coverage. Colin has a wealth of experience in the commercial office interiors industry, having worked within the London marketplace and with clients across the UK over the last 10 years or so.
Aileen Rooney has also joined Major Accounts from eastlake’s design team as a major accounts consultant. Her focus will remain on design but with an emphasis on account management, helping clients to refine their design briefs before commencing work.
